On April 2, Yuan Lin and Song Fei, independent directors of Luoyang Innovation New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Innovation New Materials"), visited to provide guidance. Wang Minmin, Chief Financial Officer of Innovation New Materials, and Li Qing, Secretary of the Board of Directors, accompanied them.

Accompanied by the management, the independent directors visited the workshop and learned in detail about the product's production process, quality control, and capacity planning. Close communication was held with the independent directors regarding the company's recent operating performance, strategic planning, and market expansion, and they provided a series of constructive opinions and suggestions for the company's development. When discussing future development directions, the independent directors emphasized that the company should continue to increase investment in technological innovation and further enhance the core competitiveness of its products to cope with increasingly fierce market competition.
