According to the unified arrangement of the International Organization of Securities Commissions, the “2025 World Investor Week” will be organized from October 20 to October 24, 2025. This event will focus on three key themes: “Technology and Digital Finance,” “Artificial Intelligence (AI),” and “Fraud Prevention.”
On October 22, 2025, Luoyang Kexin New Materials Co., Ltd. organized educational sessions for its employees on investor education. First, the company highlighted the intersection of technological and digital finance development and the potential risks involved, advising investors to carefully verify the qualifications of entities engaging in investment activities and to be vigilant against unlicensed institutions and individuals who use gimmicks such as “financial internet celebrities,” “intelligent investment advisors,” and “AI technology” to carry out illegal securities-related business. Investors were also urged to exercise caution when using innovative tools provided by technology and digital finance. Second, small- and medium-sized investors were reminded to enhance their risk awareness and to conduct thorough due diligence before making investment decisions in companies related to AI concepts or investing with the assistance of AI technologies. The company advocated for rational and long-term investment approaches. Finally, the company focused on strengthening risk prevention and rights protection education, issuing risk warnings about illegal stock recommendations, "black mouths" in the stock market, and unauthorized intermediary agencies. It encouraged investors to protect their rights in a lawful, rational, and scientific manner and to stay away from illegal proxy services for rights protection.
