On July 25, 2025, the Luoyang Refractory Materials Industry Association held the 3rd Council (Enlarged) Meeting of the 1st Luoyang Refractory Materials Industry Association at Luoyang Kechuang New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kechuang New Materials").
On July 25, 2025, the Luoyang Refractory Materials Industry Association held the third (expanded) meeting of the first council of the association at Luoyang Kechuang New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kechuang New Materials"). The meeting was presided over by Wang Zhanmin, the President of the Municipal Association of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, and attended by Zhai Fangfang, a fourth level researcher from the Luoyang Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Director Liu Qiang, and Deputy Director Wang Junlei. Vice Presidents of the Association, Wei Wenxu, Bai Hongyu, Miao Jiancheng, Cao Yang, and Bi Zhenyong, Vice President Unit Representatives Zhang Daoyun and Mao Xiaogang, Secretary General Peng Xigao, Secretary General You Yanhui of the Yichuan County Refractory Chamber of Commerce, Professor Zhou Ningsheng, Chairman of the Expert Committee of the Municipal Association of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, and more than 30 representatives from the Association attended the meeting.
Firstly, Zhai Fangfang from Luoyang Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology gave a speech, affirming the achievements of our city's refractory materials industry and emphasizing the importance of green and low-carbon development. Next, Secretary General Peng Xigao of the Municipal Refractory Association summarized the work of the first half of the year. He introduced the domestic economic situation and the technological progress of the refractory material industry, listed the main achievements of refractory material enterprises in our city, and combined the problems and challenges in the industry to plan and prospect the association's work in the second half of the year. Afterwards, at the suggestion of President Wang, each council member unit shared their own experience in enterprise development, and everyone spoke freely, expressing their desire to strengthen cooperation, promote each other, and grow together. Finally, President Wang Zhanmin summarized the meeting and encouraged enterprises to keep up with industry trends, continuously improve their own strength and industry competitiveness, and steadily develop with high quality.

After the meeting, the attending leaders took a group photo and were accompanied by Wei Wenxu, Chairman of Science and Technology Innovation and New Materials, to visit the production site and exchange production technology experience.

Yang Jianwen, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Government, Zhang Zhengzheng, Deputy Director of the Municipal Government Office, representatives from the financial departments of several counties and districts, and heads of numerous city‑wide pre‑IPO companies gathered at Luoyang Kexin New Materials Co., Ltd. for exchanges and learning.
