To continuously promote the construction of Luoyang City Xigong District Patent Navigation Pilot Zone, on the morning of August 5, 2020, in Room 407, Building 7, Xigong District Government, the Xigong District Market Supervision Bureau held the establishment conference of the Xigong District Intelligent Manufacturing Intellectual Property Alliance and the intellectual property application and standardization training. Ke Xin Innovation Materials, as a professional manufacturer of breathable bricks, electric furnace furnace covers, water nozzle bricks and other refractory materials, was invited to participate.
The conference began with Deputy Director Fan Jiangtao of the Xigong District Market Supervision Bureau reading out the "Reply on Agreeing to the Establishment of the Xigong District Intelligent Manufacturing Intellectual Property Alliance" from the Xigong District Patent Navigation Industrial Development Experimental Zone Working Group. The conference clarified that the Xigong District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, the Industrial Cluster Area Management Committee, the Xigong District Science and Technology Bureau, and the Xigong District Science and Technology Association would jointly serve as the guiding units of the alliance, guiding the work of the alliance; and an alliance think tank was established to provide professional guidance for the work of the alliance. The Xigong District Government and Luoyang Municipal Market Supervision Bureau presented plaques and member trophies to the alliance, and Ke Xin Innovation Materials was awarded the "Council Unit" trophy.

The main contents of the articles of association of the Xigong District Intelligent Manufacturing Intellectual Property Alliance are: to unite various forces such as government, enterprises, universities and research institutions to provide a platform for patent and technology exchange for member units; to improve the ability of enterprises to utilize intellectual property rights, thereby improving the ability of enterprises to innovate independently; to enhance communication and learning, and promote mutual cooperation among members of the alliance; and to establish a self-protection mechanism for enterprises to prevent intellectual property infringement within the alliance.
Ke Xin Innovation Materials, as the Luoyang City Argon Blowing Breathable Brick Component Engineering Research and Technology Center, has adhered to independent innovation and scientific development since its establishment in 2002, obtaining multiple invention patents and utility patents. Among them, steel ladle bottom argon blowing breathable bricks, water nozzle bricks, and brick repair materials are at the advanced level in China. Some product series have replaced imported refractory materials from abroad, and their performance has reached or exceeded that of similar imported products, achieving good results in use and receiving favorable user feedback.
