On April 16, 2020, the company held a launch meeting for the two-in-one integration management system standardization implementation. At the launch meeting, Han Biao, the company's general manager, served as the management representative, with the participation of departments including Technology and Quality Department, Finance Department, General Affairs Department, Sales Department, Warehouse Department, and Production Department. The two-in-one integration refers to the deep integration of industrialization and informatization, focusing on developing high value-added industrial chain links such as R&D, design, sales, and management, achieving the aggregation of high-end industrial links and rapid industrial growth. Kechuang New Materials has been producing refractory materials such as permeable bricks for steel ladles, water-mouth bricks, and furnace covers for nearly 20 years. The official launch of the two-in-one integration standardization work marks a major step forward for Kechuang New Materials in informatization.

On April 28, 2020, Kechuang New Materials completed a total of 24 management handbooks and procedural documents. After approval by the general manager, system document training was conducted, and the two-in-one integration management system documents were officially released, and the system began trial operation. After a period of observation, the company's two-in-one integration management system is basically effective, generally meeting the requirements of the integrated management system of informatization and industrialization and relevant laws and regulations, and basically meeting the conditions for certification audits by third-party certification bodies.
Recently, Kechuang New Materials has produced a PPT file of over 100 pages on the two-in-one integration work, covering six aspects: company introduction, standardization process, new capability system, planning of implementation schemes, implementation and operation process, and implementation results.
