Slit-type Argon Bottom-Blowing Permeable Brick for Ladle: This product uses high-purity raw materials and is made by vibration molding and low-temperature baking or high-temperature firing. This product supplies argon gas through the slits in the permeable brick core, and has advantages such as high hot strength, good resistance to thermal shock, corrosion, and erosion. Its performance has reached or exceeded that of similar imported products abroad, and is used in the argon blowing process of LF, LF-VD, CAS-OB refining ladles and continuous casting ordinary ladles in steel plants. It has a long service life, high blow-through rate, and good safety.

Anti-Seepage Argon Bottom-Blowing Permeable Brick for Ladle: This product uses high-purity raw materials and is made by high-temperature firing. It has the advantages of resistance to thermal shock, corrosion, and steel seepage. This product consists of a permeable seat brick and an anti-seepage permeable core, in which the anti-seepage permeable core is composed of an anti-seepage permeable core element, a permeable circular platform, and surrounding castable. Argon gas is mainly supplied through the anti-seepage element. It is used in the bottom-blowing argon process of LF, LFVD, CAS-OB refining ladles and continuous casting ordinary ladles in steel plants. It requires less or even no cleaning, has a high blow-through rate, long service life, and good safety. Compared with slit-type permeable bricks, this product is safer, energy-saving and emission-reducing, and can effectively reduce costs and increase efficiency for customers.

Split-type Argon Bottom-Blowing Permeable Brick for Ladle: It can use slit-type or anti-seepage permeable brick cores, and is composed of a permeable core, permeable seat brick, and high-quality refractory clay for permeable bricks, all of which can be purchased separately. Due to the ability to replace the permeable core during hot repairs, it is flexible to use, meeting various refining conditions, and can be used in the argon bottom-blowing process of LF, LF-VD, CAS-OB refining ladles and continuous casting ordinary ladles in steel plants. The high-quality refractory clay used in the assembly of split-type permeable bricks is made with high-purity corundum as the main raw material and various additives. It only needs to be mixed with water on site, and has the advantages of high refractoriness, easy mixing, high bonding strength, safe use, and easy dissociation after use. It can also be used to repair seat bricks, replace and install slides.
