June 8, To fully understand the needs of alumni enterprises, enhance the ties between alumni enterprises and their alma mater, and further promote in-depth school-enterprise cooperation, Shang Shaozong, secretary-general of the Northwestern Polytechnical University Luoyang Alumni Association, led a visit to the alumni enterprise Luoyang Kechuang New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Kechuang New Materials). Ma Junqiang, the general manager and alumnus, presided over a meeting for discussions and exchanges.

At the meeting, Secretary-General Shang Shaozong first introduced the general situation of the school's school-enterprise cooperation and global alumni “ Hua Qin Cup ” innovation and entrepreneurship competition, and also introduced the overall situation of the Luoyang Alumni Association and the association's purpose of serving alumni enterprises. General Manager Ma Junqiang expressed his gratitude for the arrival of the Luoyang Alumni Association, and introduced the company's overview, main business, development history, and listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange, and also reviewed his studies at the university.
Following this, accompanied by alumnus Ma Junqiang, the Luoyang Alumni Association visited the Kechuang New Materials production workshop, learned about the production process of the main products, and also visited the new plant construction.

Ma Junqiang from March 2004 to May 2009 studied for a doctorate degree at the School of Materials Science and Engineering of NWPU, and currently serves as the general manager of Kechuang New Materials. During the meeting, both sides expressed their intention to further strengthen “ alma mater - alumni association - alumni enterprises ” the exchange and integration between them, in order to deepen school-enterprise cooperation and serve the development of the local regional economy.

Yang Jianwen, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Government, Zhang Zhengzheng, Deputy Director of the Municipal Government Office, representatives from the financial departments of several counties and districts, and heads of numerous city‑wide pre‑IPO companies gathered at Luoyang Kexin New Materials Co., Ltd. for exchanges and learning.
To deepen the integration of industry and education, promote the seamless combination of theoretical learning and industrial practice, and broaden university students’ professional horizons and employment insights, on June 26, 2026, a delegation of faculty and students from Wuhan University of Science and Technology visited Luoyang Kexin New Materials Co., Ltd. for a site visit and exchange, gaining an immersive understanding of the company’s production operations and technological innovation across the board.
