June 4, afternoon Chen Zhiqiang, member of the Party group and vice director of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology; Liu Junhua, deputy director-level researcher of the Investment Department of the Provincial Bureau of Statistics; and Li Dongyong, deputy director-level researcher of the Department of Science and Technology Enterprises and Modern Service Industry of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and other comrades went to Luoyang Kechuang New Materials Co., Ltd. Zhang Minkai, deputy director of the Luoyang Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology; Mai Bing, director of the Comprehensive Office of the Luoyang Municipal "Ten Thousand People Assisting Ten Thousand Enterprises" Office; and other comrades participated.
