On the afternoon of December 10, leaders from the city bureau: Vice Mayor Feng Zhichang; Vice Mayor Luo Guangcheng; Weng Xiang and Liu Xiaowei from the High-tech Zone; and from the county bureau: Vice Mayor Wang Hongbiao, Gao Xiaoli, Wang Tengfei, etc., visited and provided guidance to Kechuang New Materials.
Kechuang New Materials has initially established contact with the city and county science and technology bureaus, engaging in frequent communication. The government assists enterprises, and the science and technology bureau will actively help enterprises solve problems encountered in their development, making the bureau more grounded and allowing entrepreneurs to better understand scientific and technological projects and R&D needs. We will learn from developed regions and the government will support the growth of enterprises.
During the visit, Kechuang New Materials Chairman Wei Wenxu gave a speech, introducing the company's development history, including its listing on the New Third Board in 2015 and the initiation of its application for the selection layer in 2021. General Manager Ma Junqiang gave a speech introducing the application for a major municipal project. In-depth exchanges were conducted.

Yang Jianwen, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Government, Zhang Zhengzheng, Deputy Director of the Municipal Government Office, representatives from the financial departments of several counties and districts, and heads of numerous city‑wide pre‑IPO companies gathered at Luoyang Kexin New Materials Co., Ltd. for exchanges and learning.
To deepen the integration of industry and education, promote the seamless combination of theoretical learning and industrial practice, and broaden university students’ professional horizons and employment insights, on June 26, 2026, a delegation of faculty and students from Wuhan University of Science and Technology visited Luoyang Kexin New Materials Co., Ltd. for a site visit and exchange, gaining an immersive understanding of the company’s production operations and technological innovation across the board.
