Ke Chuang Xin Cai initiates the implementation of a two-in-one integrated management system

Ke Xin Innovation Materials has been producing refractory materials such as breathable bricks, water mouth bricks, and furnace covers for steel ladles for nearly 20 years. The official launch of the two-integration standardization work marks a major step forward for Ke Xin Innovation Materials in informatization.
On April 16, 2020, the company held a launch meeting for the implementation of the two-in-one integration management system. At the launch meeting, the company's general manager, Han Biao, served as the management representative, with the participation of departments including Technology and Quality, Finance, General Affairs, Sales, Warehousing, and Production. Two-in-one integration refers to the deep integration of industrialization and informatization, focusing on developing high value-added segments of the industrial chain such as R&D, design, sales, and management, to achieve the aggregation of high-end industrial segments and rapid industrial growth. Ke Xin New Materials produces porous bricks for steel ladles 、 water-mouth bricks 、 furnace covers and other refractory materials for nearly 20 years. The official launch of the two-in-one integration standardization work marks a major step forward for Ke Xin New Materials in informatization.

On April 28, 2020, Ke Xin New Materials completed a total of 24 management manuals and procedural documents. After approval by the general manager, system document training was conducted, and the two-in-one integration management system documents were officially released, and the two-in-one integration management system began trial operation. After a period of observation, the company's two-in-one integration management system is basically effective, basically meets the requirements of the integrated management system of informatization and industrialization and relevant laws and regulations, and basically meets the conditions for certification audit by third-party certification bodies.
Recently, Ke Xin New Materials produced a PPT file of over 100 pages on the two-in-one integration work, covering six aspects: company introduction, standardization process, new capability system, planning of implementation plan, implementation and operation process, and implementation effectiveness.
