On November 10th, the management of Ke Chuang Xin Cai organized a monthly operational analysis meeting in the company's conference room for department leaders, relevant marketing department heads, and employees. The meeting was chaired by Vice General Manager Yang Shangpo, and attended by Chairman Wei Wenxu, General Manager Ma Junqiang, workshop directors Ma Yongfeng and Xie Biqiang, Finance Department Director Wang Minmin, Comprehensive Department Director Wei Caihong, relevant marketing department heads, and other staff.
November 10, Ke Chuang Xin Cai Management organized a "October Monthly Business Analysis Meeting" in the company's conference room with department leaders, relevant market department heads, and employees. The meeting was chaired by Vice General Manager Yang Shangpo, and attended by Chairman Wei Wenxu, General Manager Ma Junqiang, workshop directors Ma Yongfeng and Xie Biqiang, Financial Department Director Wang Minmin, Comprehensive Department Director Wei Caihong, and relevant personnel from various market departments.

At the beginning of the meeting, General Manager Yang reported on the company's current business situation, market development, sales target completion, and strategic goals for the next phase. Impressively, General Manager Yang shared the word "responsibility," stating that each person at Ke Chuang has their own mission and responsibility; quality is the life of the company; and employees' sense of responsibility will allow the company to go further and become stronger.

At the meeting, relevant department heads and employees made detailed reports on their work this month and next month's goals. General Manager Ma gave an important speech, pointing out that in the next 50 days... ...he encouraged company employees to "roll up their sleeves and work hard." He also mentioned the environmental issues that the company is focusing on recently, stating that all departments will comply with government regulations and strongly support environmental protection measures, emphasizing the importance of having both "mountains of gold and silver and green mountains and rivers."

Finally, Chairman Wei summarized the meeting, expressing satisfaction with the employees' work this month. He suggested that the last 50 days be treated as three months of hard work and confidently proposed sales targets for 2020, Permeable Bricks 、 Water Channel Bricks 、 Furnace Covers etc., will move forward together, adopting new ideas and strategic goals, enabling Ke Chuang to reach even greater heights!
