Seepage-proof steel ladle bottom-blowing argon breathable brick : This product is made of high-purity raw materials by high-temperature firing and has the advantages of resistance to thermal shock, erosion, and steel penetration. This product consists of a breathable seat brick and a seepage-proof breathable core. The seepage-proof breathable core is composed of seepage-proof breathable core components, a breathable circular platform, and surrounding castables. It mainly supplies argon gas through the seepage-proof components. It is used in the bottom-blowing argon process of LF, LFVD, CAS-OB refining ladles and continuous casting ordinary ladles in steel plants. It requires less or no cleaning, has a high blowing-through rate, long life, and good safety. Compared with slit-type breathable bricks, this product is safer, energy-saving, and emission-reducing, and can effectively reduce costs and increase efficiency for customers.

Split-type steel ladle bottom-blowing argon breathable brick : It can use slit or seepage-proof breathable brick cores and consists of breathable cores, breathable seat bricks, and high-quality refractory clay for breathable bricks, all of which can be purchased separately. Because the breathable core can be replaced during hot repair, it is flexible during use and can meet the use of various refining conditions. It can be used in the bottom-blowing argon process of LF, LF-VD, CAS-OB refining ladles and continuous casting ordinary ladles in steel plants. The high-quality refractory clay used in the assembly of split-type breathable bricks is made with high-purity corundum as the main raw material, adding various additives. It only needs to be mixed with water on-site before use. It has the advantages of high refractoriness, easy mixing, high bonding strength, safe use, and easy dissociation after use. It can also be used to repair seat bricks, replace and install slides.
