Recently, the sales person told about front customers that purging plugs at their steel plant proved the quality of purging plugs improves substantially. One of our old customers has reported 51 times of using, which got the on-site workers and customer 10 points positive feedback. Thanks to the “Safety and Quality Month” and thanks to the Kechuang board and staff endeavor in the daily work. This articles will be around the lectures by the plant experienced expert to talk about techniques and packaging.
On Thursday after June 13th, host by Yongfeng Ma, the staff Yanbing Cai provided a comprehensive lecture on welding techniques. In the meeting, he emphasize the correct procedures for quality assurance. He pointed out any possible structure defects and problems and discuss about the internal shell and hooks. Accordingly, he taught about how to avoid this issue. After this meeting, every staff gain their understanding about the procedures. To ensure quality, each member should remember the concept and quality aspects to their mind because without education, some thing may happen by careless. Therefore, every employee should learn from this lecture.
On June 19th, host by Biqiang Xie, Jinjin Shi provided a comprehensive lecture to staff about packaging. Yongfeng Ma brought their advices for the packages. Before products shipping, every bricks should be marked and labeled and the position of each packages should be neatly stocked. During the movement, they should be lifted and placed quietly. The most important thing to do is to strictly observe quality. We promise the inferior-quality product must be stopped from shipping. Jinjin Shi also propose the programs on upgrading the packaging methods to ensure complexity during shipment. Luoyang Kechuang tries her best to ensure each brick that customer received will be with the premier quality.
