In the afternoon of 2019 June 5th, Biqiang Xie calls in all the workers from old manufacturing sites at Hongshan County to join the Safety, Quality meeting. Huixian Wang has emphasized the importance of the seating brick quality which must be detail-oriented, forming good production sites working habits. The production manager Yongfeng Ma has stated the importance of seating bricks, he asked for the plant shop to bring up the quality as the priority during the production. Xiaomin Nan brought up that the entire board participates, from higher management board to the workshop, they were standing in one united alliance to manage the quality.

During the meeting, Biqiang Xie brought up the practical solution for “Safety, Quality Month”. In the meeting, everybody discuss the topics such as lock-out, material safety, WHIMS, and quality such as ISO quality management. All board has been endeavor to work towards the same goal as overall safety awareness during day to day operation. Kechuang is promising to customers to offer purging plugs with better quality.
