Welcome County Party Secretary Zong Guoming to guide the work of Kechuang New Materials

On the morning of June 23, Zong Guoming, Secretary of the County Party Committee, led the heads of relevant departments including the Development and Reform Commission, the Natural Resources Bureau, the Science and Technology Bureau, the Statistics Bureau, and the Supervision and Inspection Bureau to conduct on-site office work in the Luoxin Industrial Cluster Zone, including several enterprises such as Kechuang New Materials, to coordinate and resolve the difficulties and problems encountered in the development of the industrial zone. County leaders Zhang Chaofeng and Jiang Zhiguo also participated in the activity.
On the morning of June 23, County Party Secretary Zong Guoming, accompanied by heads of the Development and Reform Commission, Natural Resources Bureau, Science and Technology Bureau, Statistics Bureau, and Supervision Bureau, went to the Luoxin Industrial Cluster Zone, including several enterprises such as Kechuang New Materials, for on-site office work to coordinate and solve the difficulties and problems in the development of the industrial zone. County leaders Zhang Chaofeng and Jiang Zhiguo also participated in the event.
Kechuang New Materials Chairman Wei Wenxu personally received the group. County Party Secretary Zong Guoming and his entourage visited the production workshops for breathable bricks, water-mouth bricks, and skateboards, and learned in detail about the production and operation situation. He emphasized that relevant departments should provide follow-up and precise services, finding ways to help enterprises solve problems encountered in project construction and daily production and operation, and effectively creating a good environment for steady economic growth in the county. Enterprises should adhere to a systematic approach, strengthen forward-looking thinking and overall planning, extend the industrial chain, improve product added value and competitiveness, and enhance scientific and technological innovation competitiveness.

At the symposium, the person in charge of the Luoxin Industrial Cluster Zone reported on the problems urgently needing to be solved in the development of the park; Zong Guoming analyzed the existing difficulties and problems one by one and proposed solutions. Zong Guoming emphasized the need to establish the concept of "project as king," focusing on the main responsibilities and businesses (breathable bricks, water-mouth bricks, skateboards, etc.), focusing on the four tasks of "project construction, investment attraction, enterprise services, and environmental optimization," and making precise efforts to provide new impetus for promoting high-quality economic development in the Luoxin Industrial Cluster Zone. We must adhere to a problem-oriented approach, focusing on the development needs of enterprises, strengthening project scheduling, judgment, guarantee, and promotion mechanisms, and focusing on key aspects such as handling procedures, inventory reserves, "three uncompleted" land reclamation, policy implementation, and enterprise listing; at the same time, we must implement precise policies and exert precise efforts, insisting on addressing both new problems and historical issues. We must focus on practical results, adhere to results-oriented approaches, and strengthen the awareness of key nodes. Major leaders must personally participate and take responsibility, using a pragmatic attitude and effective measures to implement the work in place, truly achieving the goal of judging heroes by results and seeking practical results through hard work.
