Leaders from the Henan Securities Regulatory Bureau and the Luoyang Municipal Government visited and provided guidance to Kechuang New Materials.

On August 1, Han Wendan, Wu Zhenya, Xu Yanli, and Deng Shixin, deputy directors of the Henan Provincial Securities Regulatory Commission, visited our company for investigation and guidance, accompanied by Yang Jianwen, deputy secretary-general of the municipal government, and Hei Xingrui, deputy director of the municipal government office. The visit was received by Wei Wenxu, a leader of Luoyang Kechuang New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kechuang New Materials"), Ma Junqiang, head of R&D, and other relevant personnel.
On August 1st, Han Wendan, Wu Zhenya, Xu Yanli, and Deng Shixin, deputy directors of the Henan Provincial Securities Regulatory Commission, visited our company for investigation and guidance, accompanied by Yang Jianwen, deputy secretary-general of the municipal government, and Hei Xingrui, deputy director of the municipal government office. Wei Wenxu, leader of Luoyang Kechuang New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Kechuang New Materials), Ma Junqiang, head of R&D, and other relevant personnel received them.
In the afternoon, Wei Wenxu, chairman of Kechuang New Materials, presided over a meeting. First, Wang Minmin, the company's chief financial officer, introduced the company's basic situation to the members of the research team. Afterwards, they exchanged views with the research team members on the company's production and operation and future development plans. Deputy Director Han Wendan offered valuable opinions and suggestions on the company's future standardized operations.
After the meeting, Chairman Wei Wenxu guided the members of the research team to visit the workshop's production situation, product-related knowledge, and actual production application scenarios, accompanied by Ma Junqiang, head of R&D, and Ma Yongfeng, deputy general manager.

Yang Jianwen, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Government, Zhang Zhengzheng, Deputy Director of the Municipal Government Office, representatives from the financial departments of several counties and districts, and heads of numerous city‑wide pre‑IPO companies gathered at Luoyang Kexin New Materials Co., Ltd. for exchanges and learning.
To deepen the integration of industry and education, promote the seamless combination of theoretical learning and industrial practice, and broaden university students’ professional horizons and employment insights, on June 26, 2026, a delegation of faculty and students from Wuhan University of Science and Technology visited Luoyang Kexin New Materials Co., Ltd. for a site visit and exchange, gaining an immersive understanding of the company’s production operations and technological innovation across the board.
