On the afternoon of August 30, 2023, Zhang Kexuan, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, director of the Finance and Economics Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, and director of the Finance and Economics Working Committee of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress; Yue Fangji, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress and member of the Finance and Economics Committee of the Municipal People's Congress; Yang Xuemei, a level-four research fellow of the Finance and Economics Working Committee of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress; Ding Chengcheng, director of the office of the Finance and Economics Working Committee of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress; Bai Bin, a level-three section chief of the office of the Finance and Economics Working Committee of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress; Zhang Yitao; Zheng Shumin, the proposer representative; leaders in charge of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Municipal Financial Work Bureau; and leaders in charge of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Municipal Water Affairs Bureau visited and conducted research at Luoyang Kechuang New Materials Co., Ltd.
