To successfully meet the requirements of listing on the New Third Board, the company decided to merge Luoyang Kechuang and Henan Kechuang, canceling all relevant information of Henan Kechuang. From October 1, 2014, all accounts of Henan Kechuang Refractory Materials Co., Ltd. were transferred to Luoyang Kechuang Refractory Materials Co., Ltd.
In order to successfully meet the requirements for the company's listing on the New Third Board, the company decided to merge Luoyang Kechuang and Henan Kechuang, and cancel all relevant information of Henan Kechuang. From October 1, 2014, all accounts receivable and payable of Henan Kechuang Refractory Materials Co., Ltd. were transferred to Luoyang Kechuang Refractory Materials Co., Ltd.
