On March 20, 2023, Li Mingliang, Deputy County Head of Xin'an County, along with relevant leaders from the Xin'an County Financial Bureau and the Economic Development Zone, visited Luoyang Kechuang New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kechuang New Materials") to participate in a corporate research activity in the Luoxin Park of the Economic Development Zone. Kechuang New Materials Chairman, Wei Wenxu, accompanied Deputy County Head Li Mingliang and relevant leaders from the Xin'an County Financial Bureau and the Economic Development Zone on a tour of the production workshop and participated in a meeting.
