(hereinafter referred to as "Innovation New Materials") actively carried out a series of rich and colorful constitutional publicity activities during "Constitution Publicity Week."

To thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, further promote the spirit of the Constitution, and strengthen the rule of law culture in enterprises, Luoyang Kechuang New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kechuang New Materials") actively carried out a series of rich and colorful constitutional publicity activities during the "Constitution Publicity Week." This activity, themed "Vigorously Promoting the Spirit of the Constitution and Promoting the Rule of Law Construction in Enterprises," aims to enhance the constitutional awareness and legal literacy of employees, creating a good rule of law environment for enterprise development.
The Constitution is the fundamental law of the state, with the highest legal status, authority, and effectiveness; it is fundamental, comprehensive, stable, and long-term. During the activity, Kechuang New Materials used its WeChat official account to popularize constitutional knowledge among employees, calling on everyone to respect, study, abide by, uphold, and apply the Constitution. This enhances the legal awareness of employees and allows the spirit of the Constitution to take root.
On the afternoon of December 5, Kechuang New Materials organized its employees to watch a series of legal and intangible cultural heritage short videos produced by the Ministry of Justice. The vivid videos not only provided a detailed interpretation of the development of the rule of law but also gave everyone a deeper understanding of intangible cultural heritage such as Su embroidery and carved porcelain. The rule of law is closely related to people's livelihood, economic development, and national cultural construction. Building a legal system uses the rule of law to address civil rights issues, civil and economic issues. At the same time, legal publicity provides strong support for the inheritance of traditional culture. The soil of art and humanities also needs the protection of the rule of law so that artisans can give full play to their initiative, create works, and thereby promote the rule of law culture. Enterprises need to establish a rule of law to protect economic transactions and also need a theoretical basis in law to provide practical arguments for platform rules, personnel ethics, labor relations, etc. Through learning, employees learned about national safety production laws and regulations, as well as common legal risks and prevention measures for enterprises. They realized that the law protects the production and development of enterprises, and enterprises should also do a good job in legal publicity.

The successful holding of this Constitution Publicity Week not only enhanced the constitutional awareness and legal literacy of employees but also created a good rule of law environment for enterprise development. In the future, Kechuang New Materials will continue to strengthen constitutional publicity and education, promote the in-depth implementation of the spirit of the Constitution in the enterprise, and provide strong legal protection for the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.
