On November 13, the Small and Medium Enterprise Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) announced that after initial review and recommendation by provincial-level SME authorities, qualification review by industry associations, and expert review, several companies, including Ke Xin New Materials, a specialized manufacturer of permeable bricks, have been awarded the title of 'specialized, refined, and new' small giant enterprises.
On September 14, the Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology officially announced that after a process of voluntary application, tiered recommendations, expert review, and online public announcement, 100 enterprises, including Luoyang Kechuang New Materials Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of refractory permeable bricks, were recognized as Henan Province's 2020 "specialized, refined, and new" small and medium-sized enterprises.
