From May 15 to May 17, 2025, Luoyang Innovation New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Innovation New Materials") participated in the 17th Shenzhen International Battery Technology Exchange Conference/Exhibition in Shenzhen. At the conference, Innovation New Materials showcased its silicon carbide graphite composite crucibles and silicon carbide graphite composite saggars.
From May 15th to May 17th, 2025, Luoyang Kechuang New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kechuang New Materials") participated in the 17th Shenzhen International Battery Technology Exchange Exhibition in Shenzhen. At the conference, Kechuang New Materials showcased its silicon carbide graphite composite crucibles and silicon carbide graphite composite saggars.
Silicon Carbide Graphite Composite Crucible: Made primarily from high-quality silicon carbide and high-purity graphite, the silicon carbide graphite composite crucible features high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, and thermal shock resistance; it boasts excellent thermal conductivity, does not contaminate the negative electrode material, has good airtightness, and can be used in the carbonization process of negative electrode material coating, which helps control the specific surface area of the negative electrode material.
Silicon Carbide Graphite Composite Saggar: Made primarily from high-quality silicon carbide and high-purity graphite, the silicon carbide graphite composite saggar features high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high strength, and thermal shock resistance; it also boasts excellent thermal conductivity and does not contaminate the positive and negative electrode materials. Silicon carbide composite saggars have a wide range of applications, including negative electrode material carbon coating, lithium iron phosphate, and lithium manganese iron phosphate roasting. With continuous technological advancements, its application areas will continue to expand.
